What is a basic task?

The Personal Plan is an intelligent processor for basic tasks that you can't make a computer do on it's own. It executes simple processes, called tasks which are 15 minutes each from start to finish. Check out our super cheap dedicated plans for longer tasks. Here are some sample basic tasks:

Why do you have two Dedicated plans?

To be user friendly.

You can pay Hourly rates for sending longer tasks to TimeSvr trained VAs and only be billed for usage. This plan is available at the rock bottom price of $85!

You can also hire dedicated Monthly support, much like hiring an employee on payroll, but through TimeSvr. We're super cheap for costs (at only $700/month), don't ask for benefits and save you the hassle of paying taxes or severance packages with our easy to use monthly subscription service. We're the best virtual support you'll ever find online! Google us, we've been doing this for years!

Where is the service available?

Everywhere. We offer full service in English around the world. Just note, some functionality (like calling mobile phones^ on the Personal Plan) might not be available in your region.

^ TimeSvr can call landlines and mobile phones both, in the United States, Canada, Singapore, China and Hong Kong only. We can also call landlines in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Chile, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guam, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan and UK (*only* 01 02 numbers). Arrangements can be made to call additional countries (for Dedicated users).

How do I pay? What is your refund policy?

TimeSvr accepts payments via PayPal. PayPal links to Visa, MasterCard and AmEx.

TimeSvr bills users monthly for its Personal and Dedicated Monthly Plan. Long term commitments suck and we don't bog our users down with those. So once your plan starts you can unsubscribe (and then re-subscribe) at anytime. You can cancel anytime during your free trial without being charged a cent. Refunds can not be issued after your free trial.

How long will it take to get around to my task?

Usually as soon as we get them. Some tasks may take longer (if they require more time - like reaching somebody we're unable to get to or follow ups). We drop updates in that case. You can rest assured our response rate beats the pants off the competition.

How is my privacy protected?

The Personal Profile ensures you can securely edit, enter and modify all the information we know about you, putting you in control of your privacy. We back our commitment to your privacy by storing all our data in a state of the art secure datacenter located in the United States.

What are your work hours?

We work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, holidays included, to help you Save Time & Get Things Done! We do this because we don't want to leave you in limbo, perhaps halfway across the world, when you need us most.
